Top Bender 030

The Heller by Ercolina® Top Bender 030 is Heller's highest capacity tube bending machine.  The variable speed drive system is controlled by means of an inverter.  The maximum radius is 15" (380mm) and has a new, menu driven control system.

Super Bender

The Heller by Ercolina® Super Bender has a maximum capacity diameter of 48 x 3.5 mm, (1 7/8" x 9/64" O.D) - varies according to the type of material. The maximum bending radius is 2 x diameter and the maximum bending angle is 180 degrees. The bending angle and springback angle are programmable on this tube bending equipment.

Medi Bender

The Heller by Ercolina® Medi Bender has a maximum capacity diameter of 42 x 1.5 mm, (1 5.8" x 1/16" O.D) - varies according to the type of material. The maximum bending radius is 2 x diameter and the maximum bending angle is 180 degrees. These tube benders are easy to operate - can select one bending and spring back angle at a time without microprocessor.

Two Axis Tube Positioning Device

The Heller by Ercolina® Two Axis Tube Positioning Device A40/P can be immediately fitted onto our tube benders -Top Bender or Super Bender, and has a rotary axis control with adjustable mechanical stops.
