The Heller by Ercolina® Top
Bender 030 is the highest capacity Heller tube bending machine. The variable speed drive system is controlled by means of an inverter. The maximum radius is 15" (380mm) and
has a new, menu driven control system.

- Bending angle and springback are programmable by means of the microprocessor for 10 programs of 9 bending angles, with backup battery to store data.
- Ready to use either with the Heller mandrel bending accessory or with the 2-axis tube positioning accessory A40/P
to bend without mandrel.
- Soft touch button control panel is ready to use with all mandrel functions.
- Rapid tool change time within 30 seconds, due to quick change counterbending die system and hexagonal, center drive socket on formers.
