CA-2000E UNIVERSAL RING ROLL
The Heller Model 2000E is suitable for bending all sections such as channels, angles, pipes/tubes, square and round bar stock and extruded aluminum. Special tooling
is required for pipe, tubes, and angles.
The 2000E is equipped with two driving rolls which are fixed and one top roll which is manually adjusted. The driving rolls are powered by a bi-directional electric
drive motor coupled with a gear reducer. Universal rolls are also included. This system uses shoulder flanges and intermediate disks to allow positive locking of the roll pack to the shaft and precise adjustment of
the throat width for consistent bending of parts.
